Organizational Training
Our organizational training services involve developing and implementing educational programs and initiatives for your workforce. Our trainings are backed by evidence based organizational research that address opportunities for your employees or volunteers to further develop their competencies and skills. We can provide trainings in multiple formats: in person, remote (synchronous and asynchronous), and hybrid.
All trainings are tailored to our clients’ needs and designed to professionally develop your people, align employee behaviors and attitudes with the organization’s values, and/or foster a healthy, compassionate, and productive organizational dynamic. We are able to create and develop individually tailored trainings and workshops on a wide variety of different topics. You have the autonomy to hire us for a one-time training or a series of workshops that educate your workforce over time. Feel free to inquire about any topic you may have in mind. However, we have been hired most commonly to provide training on the following topics (listed alphabetically):
Our trainings and workshops are interactive and can use a variety of different approaches to learning including, but not limited to: group discussion, audience polling, case study analysis, lecture, multi-media analysis, team activities, and more. Some of our clients choose to hire us for both organizational culture assessment and organizational training. Hiring us for both allows organizational leaders to more effectively address cultural gaps, reinforce desired behaviors, and ensure that all employees are aligned with the organization’s values and goals. This holistic approach enhances overall organizational performance and contributes to a positive, healthy, compassionate, and productive work environment.
